At Cafe Networks, we provide the best customer service and support possible. Just because our services are free does not mean no support. If you have an issue that needs to be resolved, please do contact us so that we may quickly resolve your problem.

We maintain the highest standards and from time to time we schedule service and upgrades to our servers. Normally all service and upgrades are scheduled in advance with notice at least a week in advance. Due to their volatility, security updates may be installed without prior notice to ensure the protection the network.

Current System Status

Jan 05, 2006 - Incoming email to cafe150.com and openswarm.com is offline. Our technichans are activly working on the issue but there is no estimated time for repair. If you use the swarmail.com Free email service you email is not affected. If you need any assistance, please submit a trouble ticket.

Planned System Maintenance

Dec 4, 2005 - After a long hiatus, we are pleased to announce access to the php server is back online. We have corrected all of the previously existing security issues which will result in a stable and secure server. Thank you for your patience while we corrected the problems.

Nov 29, 2005 - Testing for reenabling PHP on the free hosting server is nearly complete. We have been testing the server and doing everything we can to ensure server stability. Plans are to have PHP enabled by the weekend.

Nov 17, 2005 - Help, tutorial and information pages are under development as I write this. We hope to be able to answer the hottest questions concerning our service here. If you have any suggestions or helpful hints by posting a message here.

Nov 12, 2005 - We have finished initial installation of blogging software on the free hosting server. It appears to work correctly and should not cause any problems but there may still be a few bugs. Please submit a trouble ticket if a bug is found so we can correct it.
